I’m Miriam.

For years, I led with discipline and high standards, convincing myself that strength meant pushing past my needs. I equated endurance with power - until I learned otherwise.

My turning point came the day I noticed how tightly I was holding everything - jaw clenched, shoulders lifted, breath shallow - and realized I had been living in a quiet state of bracing. True power revealed itself not as relentless will, but as the ability to soften my grip, regulate my nervous system, and choose from clarity instead of pressure.

Now, I combine embodied coaching, nervous system awareness, and grounded wellness practices to help women loosen the quiet tension beneath their competence and move from steadiness instead of strain. When confidence is embodied, it feels different - self-trusting, grounded, and resilient from the inside out.

If this speaks to you, don’t wait for burnout to make the decision for you.
Step in.
Stand in your power - fully, consciously, without bracing.

My Approach

My work begins where constant holding ends.

You are capable. Accomplished. Reliable. You lead, you deliver, and you carry more than you say. And beneath that competence lives a quiet, persistent tension - a subtle bracing that has become so familiar you mistake it for strength.

I don’t coach you to become stronger.
I guide you to loosen your grip.

We begin by noticing what your body has been carrying - the jaw that tightens before you speak, the shoulders that never quite drop, the breath that hovers high in your chest, the silent “I have to” that shapes your decisions. When you feel the hold, something shifts. Awareness softens the edge.

Real power is not force. It is regulation. When your nervous system settles, urgency dissolves. You stop reacting from pressure and begin choosing from presence. Your clarity deepens. Your movements become deliberate instead of driven.

As the brace unwinds, your capacity doesn’t shrink - it expands. Your standards remain high, but they are no longer fueled by tension. Confidence becomes embodied: steady, rooted, quietly self-trusting. Feminine power without collapse. Strength without hardness.

I weave embodied coaching, nervous system attunement, and grounded wellness practices so the shifts you make are lived - in your leadership, your relationships, your body.

This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about moving through your life without gripping it.

If something in you exhaled while reading this,
that’s where we begin.

Simple ideas

Slow down.
Notice what tightens.
Loosen the hold.
Trust your knowing.

The simplest practices are often the most powerful.

Lasting impact

We don’t chase transformation. We build steadiness, the kind that reshapes how you live, lead, and trust yourself long after the sessions end.
