Reflection — Stay With What’s Stirring
Look at the roses.
Notice how the petals move in the wind.
They don’t harden to protect themselves.
They don’t collapse either.
They respond.
That is a quiet strength.
Now turn inward.
After rooting.
After expanding.
After aligning.
What is stirring in you?
Not the polished answer.
The honest one.
Where do you feel more awake?
Where do you feel resistance?
Where do you feel ready?
Pause.
Let your attention move slowly downward through your body.
Shoulders.
Ribs.
Hips.
Feel yourself settle slightly with each breath.
Does your chest feel open or guarded?
Does your belly feel steady or tight?
Is your breath shallow or grounded?
Stay close to what you feel.
Complete this sentence quietly:
I am ready to _______.
Now take one small step forward.
Something you can do in the next two minutes.
Tiny counts.
Then gently complete:
To do that, I will no longer _______.
Notice how that old pattern felt in your body.
Tight?
Heavy?
Distant?
Recognizing what you’re releasing is part of reclaiming yourself.
Let it be simple.
Let it be embodied.
Let it be yours.
Roses move forward by opening — slowly, fully, without apology.
You can open like that too.
Not all at once.
Not for anyone else.
But because you are ready.
This space is for women who are willing to:
• Look honestly at their patterns
• Strengthen nervous system steadiness
• Align their gut and body with their truth
• Practice small, consistent shifts
• Be seen without performing
If that feels slightly uncomfortable — that’s okay.
Growth should feel alive.
