Exercise Three
Cultivate What You Want to Become
Look at the jar.
Fermentation doesn’t happen by force.
It happens when the environment is right.
Too much stress — and the balance is off.
Too much interference — and the process is disrupted.
The gut works the same way.
So does self-trust.
Turn inward.
What is the current state of your inner environment?
Rushed?
Inflamed?
Tight?
Steady?
Supported?
Notice your belly as you consider this.
Is it soft or guarded?
Calm or contracted?
The gut is not just about food.
It responds to pressure.
To unspoken truths.
To constant adaptation.
Now ask:
What one daily shift would create better conditions inside me?
Less rushing?
More rest?
Clearer boundaries?
More honest expression?
Better nourishment?
You do not fix the gut by force.
You support it by changing the environment.
Alignment begins there.
